Help introduce the world to Jesus this Christmas.

Rosedale International (RI) and Rosedale Business Group (RBG) are focused on taking the transformative love of Jesus to the ends of the earth. We do so by concentrating on least-reached groups of people who have little or no access to this good news.

The special projects featured here give you a chance to directly impact someone’s life in a tangible way. Each opportunity has been selected to connect you with workers and locations where we are currently serving or have planted churches in the past.

2021 Projects

JESUS PICTURE BOOKS & BIBLES

As we celebrate the birth of Jesus this Christmas, we also desire to share the good news of his life, teaching, and resurrection with those who do not yet know. This project seeks to deliver Bibles and illustrated books depicting the stories of Jesus to as many individuals as we can in Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Mediterranean.

$12 per tree | Global | $6,000 goal

FRUIT TREES

The gift of a fruit tree gives a sustainable source of nutrition to families around the world. As trees mature and more fruit is picked, the harvest can provide additional income for the families. RBG works with local church leaders to help identify, deliver, and plant trees in communities where the economic, physical, and spiritual needs are the greatest.

$15 per girl | West Africa | $3,000 goal

DIGNITY FOR GIRLS

In many parts of the world, families cannot afford to buy feminine hygiene products. Considered taboo and often stigmatized, girls’ lives are disrupted monthly as they are forced to isolate and remain home from school. This project seeks to empower and restore dignity by providing reusable hygiene products and educational support for a healthy understanding of their bodies.

$18 per gift | South Asia | $2,340 goal

CHRISTMAS CLOTHES

RI’s team in South Asia holds a variety of Christmas celebrations each year with groups of seekers and believers in the region. These celebrations are an important way of testifying to the gift of Jesus and sharing in Christian fellowship. The team would like to purchase 130 gifts of new clothing to give out at these events and bless those who attend.

$50 per pastor | Nicaragua | $3,000 goal

PASTORAL TRAINING

Near Matagalpa, Nicaragua, a growing network of around 52 churches ministers to various coffee-growing communities. To help train the leaders of these small congregations, Comunidad Vida is hosting quarterly educational seminars for pastors. A $50 gift will provide one pastor with the materials and supplies needed to go through a year of training.

MATTRESSES

There is a great need for new and clean mattresses in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Funds collected will help various churches and conferences provide adequate sleeping conditions to individuals in need, as well as in churches and retreat centers.

WINTER WARMTH

A couple serving with RI in the Mediterranean operate a ministry focused on rescuing, preventing, and restoring victims of human trafficking. The young women they serve are given a safe place to live, learn, heal, and develop skills for productive employment. This project will provide warm winter clothes, coats, and shoes for the nine girls in their care.

WATER PROJECT

RI is working with Mennonite Church West Africa to provide running water to a clinic and preschool in the village of Catel. Currently, all of their water is pulled up from a recently dug well and carried into the buildings via buckets. Plumbing has already been installed in the clinic, but the water tower, holding tank, solar pump, and school plumbing still need to be completed for the project to be operational. $5,000 will complete the project. If funds collected exceed the need, additional bathrooms and showers can be built and another water pump in Gambia can be replaced.
