Antioch Partners

Transition—what a fun (or scary) word.

At Rosedale International (RI), we’ve been living in a season of transition as God called some of our coworkers to new positions and led others to join us in the office. We’ve celebrated the launch of new workers to the field and welcomed others home. This year has also been one of change in my personal life, as I have said goodbye to some loved ones and hello to new members of the family. I’m sure many of you can relate; transitions in life are inevitable, and how we approach and embrace them really becomes what those around us remember.

Last year, in addition to internal transitions, RI also began a new season with our ministry partners. What had been the Touchstone program became Antioch Partners, named after the church in Acts 13 who sent the first workers to the harvest.

Acts 13:1-3 tells us that the church in Antioch came together to pray, fast, and send Paul and Barnabas to share the good news. These early believers were not missionaries themselves, but were important partners in the work.

As Rosedale International continues to send workers to share the good news, we, too, need partners. Specifically, we are looking for those who are willing and able to support RI’s general budget, rather than an individual worker.

In 2025, this support allowed us to provide our long-term workers with member care, counseling, and leadership from regional directors. We were able to sponsor ministry partners and local pastors on the ground through training and equipping their churches, and subsidize the Short-Term Programs—allowing the next generation to experience missions and discover if God is calling them to long-term work overseas. These components are vital to the flourishing of Rosedale International, and would not be possible without you.

Whether you have been committed to RI for many years or are one of the twenty-one new Antioch Partners who joined us in 2025, I want to express how deeply grateful we are for you. Thank you for taking on this transition with us and for making the first year of Antioch Partners a successful one! I hope you will continue to partner with us in 2026.

I look forward to seeing many of you at our Antioch Dinners this spring and fall. If you would like an Antioch Dinner in your community, please reach out and let me know. We are excited to provide an amazing evening and say “thank you” in person!

I have appreciated getting to know so many of you during my time as Director of Partner Development and spend time in prayer for you each week. Thank you for walking with Rosedale International as we take Jesus to the world!

GIVE

Antioch Partners are a small group of donors who are dedicated to missions and feel called to support RI in a significant manner. Antioch Partners give an annual minimum of $2,500 to RI—and on average, two to three times more. They are a foundational element of our general fund and operating budget.

This group has shrunk over the last few years, and our vision is to rebuild Antioch Partners into a strong donor base. If you know someone with a heart for the unreached, please invite them to join this remarkable family.

Whether you are a first-time Antioch Partner or have been giving for years, we thank you so much. We would not be able to do what we do without you.
