Four new RI staff members will join the team in Columbus this month. Lift up Tim (RBG Director), Laci (Advancement Assistant), Tom (Regional Director) and Candice (Member Care Provider). Ask that they would be able to retain new information and settle into new rhythms.

New Interns
Lift up two interns who are preparing for assignments in the Mediterranean. They will begin their orientation and training at the RIC this week. Pray for good connections with staff during this time, as well as a sense of peace and security as they process lots of new information.

Latin America Missions Partnership
Many local churches have recently invited William to preach. Pray for good receptivity and ongoing connection among the believers in Spain, and ask that William & Laura’s passion to spread the Good News would take root in the hearts of others.

Yemiru, Immigrant Church Growth Consultant
Lift up Yemiru as he travels to the Delaware-Maryland-Virginia area to continue the RBC extension process and visit a prospective RNOC church. Ask for safety in his travels and guidance in his interactions.

Praise God for 19 new believers in the south! Several of them are from a different people group; pray for them as they find ways to share about their new faith with family and friends. Pray also for the seekers who have expressed interest in baptism.

Pray for Judah & Rayna’s children as they return to school. Ask for the Lord’s protection as they travel to and from school each day. Pray also for the Judah & Rayna as they readjust to balancing time spent between ministry and managing their children’s schedule.

Lift up Jacob & Dani as they experience discouragement related to their ministry. Still, they feel that they are where God is asking them to be. Pray that they would feel God’s nearness and ask that they would receive encouragement to stay on this long road.

As REACH 2026-27 kicks off, pray over the development of each team. Ask that both Team Thailand and Team Himalayas would experience tight knit community. Pray that as they learn new rhythms and grow alongside each other, from them would flow mercy and grace.

Luke is hoping to add a delivery driver, an accountant, and some managers to the farm staff. Ask God to fill these positions and to provide the financial support necessary to pay these employees.

New Intern
Pray for an intern as she deploys to the Mediterranean Region today. She will assist a long-term worker family for 10 months and will invest in relationships with local women. Pray over her language study and ask for opportunities to share Jesus with seekers.

Remember Tonya in your prayers as she visits churches to share about her translations project in the upcoming weeks. Ask God to provide financial supporters for her ministry, and pray also for her continued recover from surgery.

The team in the south recently started a children’s program and have received a very positive response from local kids. Pray that these kids would experience God’s love and that the team could also build good relationships with their parents and other community members.

Pray over the behind-the-scenes work at the RIC-cleaning, preparing rooms, cooking, maintenance, scheduling and administration. Pray that these ordinary acts of service would honor Christ and would make the RIC a place of rest.

Pray for the new students at the hostel as they start classes. They come from smaller villages, and life in a large city is a big adjustment. Pray for the returning students as well, asking that they could be good mentors and would have a positive impact on their home communities.

Pray for Eli and his family as they return to Bible school for a final year. Pray for wisdom and guidance as Eli studies, takes exams, and interacts with those around him. Pray also that he would find the balance between this work and family life.

There have been 10 churches planted and 200 people saved and baptized in southern Guinea Conakry! Pray for Timothy as he works to shepherd these churches, and ask that local leaders would rise up.

Lift up the REACHers as they spend time in silent retreat. Pray for clarity as they reflect on what they’ve learned and experienced during their first weeks of DTS, and ask for excitement and determination as they gear up for their upcoming ministry week.

Gloria has been meeting with some local women to read Scripture together. This time has impacted these women greatly, but has also brought them under the suspicion of their neighbors. Ask God to protect this group so they can continue in their pursuit of Truth.

Many people on or connected to the team in the south are suffering health problems. Pray that God would show his healing power and that the enemy could not use these discouragements to weaken faith.

Pray for Butros & Amina as they continue their trip in East Africa. Ask the Lord to bless their Bible translation project, and pray that as they interact with refugees, the love of Christ would be made evident through their actions and generosity.

Pray for Lan, his wife, and the hostel students as they work to develop several agricultural projects. They have planted vegetables and a variety of fruit trees, and are experimenting with raising fish, frogs, and mushrooms as food sources. Ask God to bless the work of their hands.

Continue to lift up Eddie & Ellen’s family as Ellen begins chemotherapy. Ask for healing, and pray that RI could find an individual willing to partner with the family for a few months to assist in areas such as childcare, cooking, and care of the home.

Pray for Joel and his family as they move to West Africa for Bible school. Pray that they would adjust well to this new phase of life. Pray for Joel during his studies, asking that he would remain diligent and thoughtful in his work.
